Hello! I’m an Assistant Professor in Information Technology Management within the Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology. My research focuses on the personalization techniques, where I aim to improve the design of recommendation models that effectively explore consumer preferences and improve consumer statisfaction.
